DODGING THE PURSUIT

State authorities have no clue how to resolve the application that I have made for damages and compensation for 26 years of police brutality, terrorism by Victims of Panigrahi Association, persecution for my religion of Vishista Advaita Vedants, so they obstruct justice, dodge the due process of justice, and indeed pervert the course of justice.
