What other administrative issue can we help you with? You said: "My wife who is my Carer has this morning asked me to request you to
refer me to my Benenden Private Health Care Membership No 011293713 for
diagnosis and treatment of my mental conditions because we had an appointment
with Britton House on 4 May 2020 to assess this and their view was that they could
not take me back on Secondary Care but that I should remain on my current medications which we said were not working for me any longer. This is not
acceptable to me or my Carer who struggles with me."
